Why this field decides something
The FDA proposed on 30 April 2026 to exclude semaglutide, tirzepatide and liraglutide from the 503B bulks list. Section 503A patient-specific compounding is a separate pathway not addressed by that proposal. So the answer determines your exposure to a live regulatory decision. A named pharmacy can also be checked against its state board and against the FDA warning-letter database, both public.
