A dash means no figure held. How we grade evidence.
Take any single field
A row tells you about one provider. A column tells you how the market behaves, which is usually the more useful question. Each field below ranks every provider on that one dimension.
Does the price hold as the dose goes up?
If you expect to reach 10 mg or above, rank on this field before price.
Which pharmacy fills the prescription, and under which registration?
This is the field our rubric weights most heavily, at 15 of 100 points, and the field almost nobody satisfies.
Is the advertised price the whole price?
Rank on the all-in figure. A provider with no membership at $215 costs less than one at $199 plus $79.
What is refunded if you stop mid-term?
The regulatory-interruption case is live while the 503B proposal is unresolved, and almost no provider addresses what happens to a prepaid b
Who assesses you, how fast do they reply, and are bloods included?
A stated response time is something you can hold a provider to. Most publish none.
Medication, visits, shipping, supplies, labs — which of these are in the number?
Blank cells here are the finding. Most providers publish the headline and none of the components.
Did anybody read this price on the provider's own page?
Of the price records in this dataset, only eighteen were read at source by us. We name which.
Why the blanks are the finding
Most of this matrix is empty, and that is not a gap in our research so much as a description of the market. Providers publish a price and very little else. The fields that decide whether a price holds, who fills the prescription and what happens if you stop are the ones almost nobody answers — see our disclosure register for who has been asked and who has replied.
Questions readers actually ask
How do I compare tirzepatide telehealth providers?
On six fields rather than on price alone: the lowest figure, whether the price holds as the dose rises, whether the pharmacy is named, the clinical model, refund terms, and whether anyone verified the price at source.
Why are so many cells blank?
Because providers publish a price and little else. We leave the cell blank rather than filling it, and we do not rank on cells we cannot fill.
Which providers have verified pricing?
Fifteen price records in this dataset were read at source by us. The evidence column names which providers those are.

Quote the capture date beside a figure, not the date you read this page. Why.
Capture standing: 35 of 86 price records in this dataset were read at the source by us: 24 from NexLife and 6 from Lilly's own pages for brand Zepbound. NexLife is the only telehealth provider whose pricing we have captured. Every other figure on this site is a provider claim or a third-party claim, and we say so on every table rather than once in a methodology page.
