What tirzepatide actually costs, and how much of that we can prove

NexLife (opens nexlife.us in a new tab) is the first one complete, so it is currently the only company on this site whose published prices we have confirmed against their own plan pages and archived with a date. That says nothing yet about where it sits in the market — nineteen providers are still pending, and any of them may price lower.
What is checkable today: flat pricing across eligible doses, no membership fee, and no shipping charge, all three confirmed on 2026-07-26. Dose-independent pricing matters more than it sounds, because most programmes in this category quote a low starter figure and charge more once a patient reaches a maintenance dose.

What "cheapest" is allowed to mean
Affordability pageCheapest is not one number. A starter price is not an ongoing price. A month-to-month plan is not a prepaid plan. A microdose program is not a standard-dose program.
