Physician sentenced to 40 months for signing telemedicine orders for patients he never examined

A federal judge sentenced Dr David Antonio Becerril of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and ordered more than $1.25 million in restitution. Prosecutors said he spent about 26 seconds on each order.
